Basically I'm looking for something along the lines of missionary work. I would like to know which religions are the most likely to share their message with me one day. After all, I live in a land that was founded on the principle of religious freedom, so if any religion wants to spread its message this would be a good place to do it.

Please be specific, too. For example, "Christianity" would be too broad of an answer, considering it is divided into numerous sects and denominations. Thanks!

To clarify: I am not trying to become a missionary. I am simply looking for an answer to my question that is related to missionary work. In other words, which religions have missionaries?

Jehovah's Witnesses, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormon Church). Most Protestant Christians (such as Lutheran, Baptist, Methodist, etc.) actively engage in evangelization, which may include preaching on street corners, handing out pamplets, hosting television and radio shows, that kind of stuff. I think Islam will spread their message to those who inquire. Judaism doesn't actively make attempts to convert Gentiles (non-Jews).

Many religions have a missionary streak.
In Christianity the Catholic Church used to send thousands of missionary priests to underdeveloped countries. Protestants do and did the same. Just think of Jehovah's Witnesses and the Mormons.
Islam is very missionary, but has a different approach, their method is to conquer non-Muslim nations and then slowly impose their religion on the defeated peoples through discriminatory laws and taxes.
Other Asian religions like Buddhism, Hinduism and Confucianism are less missionary in character. There may be small groups that are, but they are the exception and often not taken seriously by the main stream. Think of groups like the Hare Krishna for instance.

Actually, Christianity and its offshoots are the most likely to do so. The Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses, and the evangelical Protestants are the most likely to knock on your door when you're trying to sleep in on the weekend, and the Baptists seem fond of standing on streetcorners "sharing the Word" at the top of their lungs. Most of the Christian groups will have missionary groups, though - it's part of their basic tenets that they need to spread the gospel and do good works.

Outside of the Christian groups, the only ones I can really think of are the Hare Krishnas, who can sometimes be found on the streets in major cities or spreading their literature in airports.

Christianity while it does have different denominations there is no sect in this faith, and there are many Christian missionaries all over the world sharing the faith with many people and even here in the US there are many Christians that do local missions work. I work in a homeless shelter teaching men about God and the bible and i also teach at the local prison too.

All religions do missionary work. So being in the land of religious freedom, you could pretty much pick up any of the religion?

I think Christianity would still work as an answer to your question, because all Christian denominations carry the message of salvation in Christ to the unsaved.
Then of course there are the bicycling Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses.
Also, I know the Muslims do their thing to try and spread their faith.

No, this is what is wrong. Speculation with out true physical experience leads to human suffering. Cause and affect, the world needs to learn to replace blind faith with wisdom. Wisdom can only come from experience of the physical world, and the understanding of if. Blind faith causes ignorance and ignorance leads to the human suffering condition. If we free our selves of these chains then the world my begin to heal it self. Just like an alcoholic we must first accept that we have a problem before we can fix it.

You know what's funny, you want to be a missionary, but don't know for what religion. That doesn't make any sense. Your religious beliefs should be what motivates you to want to preach. I guess it's good that you want to preach, but at this point you don't even know what you're going to say.
