Yes and more. This is only one aspect. Every member of the human family is a child of God. Jesus is God's begotten son. Hence He is our brother.
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.

In Isaiah 9:6-7
it says, Unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given. And what is the name of this son?
The "Mighty God" in the next verse.
. JESUS CHRIST IS: "THE MIGHTY GOD.
Isaiah vs 6:
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. :)

YES..
Romans 8:228,29 Now we know that God makes all his works cooperate together for the good of those who love God, those who are the ones called according to his purpose, because those whom he gave his first recognition he also foreordained to be patterned after the image of his Son, that *he might be the firstborn* among many BROTHERS.

The correct answer would be "yes" because Jesus said that everyone is a child of God.

I'm not sure what you are getting at, but does this answer your question? I think that it does:
.............................
Matthew 12:46-50 (NIV)
While Jesus was still talking to the crowd, his mother and brothers stood outside, wanting to speak to him. Someone told him, "Your mother and brothers are standing outside, wanting to speak to you."
He replied to him, "Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?" Pointing to his disciples, he said, "Here are my mother and my brothers. For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother."

Jesus could be considered our brother since in "As the Deer" variant:
You're my friend
And you are my brother
Although you are a king.
