ND looks back 3 years. I had a friend that moved from Texas. As best I can tell, The state of ND checks with the State of Texas. Speeding tickets in Texas sometimes don't make it any farther than the city and county. I say go for it. Auto Insurance is cheap in ND. You do not want to get caught driving without a license in ND. You automatically loose it for 6 months if you get caught. Also, if you have a car and live in ND, your out of state plates expire after 30 days. You don't want to get caught with that either.

Dude, the only way you won't be found out is if you never get a tag or insurance. The good news is that they generally 'clear' speeding tickets from your record (for insurance purposes) every three years.

sorry to say but yes these tickets will stay with u where ever you go. I don't know how ND does the tickets but for 3 yrs in most states is when these tickets will be removed.

They will follow you for the rest of your life. Even when they say they are off your record and you go to court for something - guess what - they know about them: as far as the insurance companies go - they never forget - that is how they are getting rich.

I'm not sure if the DMV will catch it; but when you go to insure the car, they'll ask where you were insured before. They'll probably catch it.
