You are asking which feature is better than another, without taking into consideration where the possessor of that feature lives, what it eats, how it moves, how it hides from predators, and many other factors. An eagle's vision is far superior to humans', but that is because we do not need to spot prey from hundreds of feet in the air. We live on the ground, where our vision is likely to be partially blocked by trees, boulders, and other features, so extreme long-distance vision would be useless.
A chameleon is a fairly slow-moving creature. It hunts by moving slowly and jerkily along tree branches, mimicking the movement of a breeze-blown leaf or branch, and then waiting for prey to come within range of its tongue. Highly mobile eyeballs are useful in keeping track of its surroundings in all directions--since it cannot move its head very quickly or very far--for spotting both prey and predators. We, on the other hand, do not need such a feature because we are fast movers, can turn our heads in many directions to spot danger, and don't catch food with our tongues.
Comparing trees to humans is silly, since they aren't even animals. A tree may have photosynthesis, but it can't run from a human with a chainsaw, now can it?
Another thing you aren't thinking about is that we have what other animals do not--a big brain with a very large frontal lobe, which gives us the abilty to make tools with which to hunt and weapons with which to kill, so that we can make the most of whatever other physical features we do have. Please don't let religion destroy your ability to use that marvelous brain.

Realy? What makes you think you are more evolved than an eagle or tree? You are not more evolved. You are evolved to suit a diffrent purpouse.
Bats are not more advanced than chameleons. They both evolved to suit diffrent needs. Most types of bats can see durring the day. They have become sensative to light because their pray comes out at night.
360 Vs 180: Neither is better than the other. Both have good and bad qualities. Animials that are prey tend to use more perferial vision. Preditors tend to have a more limited feild of vision. Are you scared someone is going to get you?
I would ask all these same questions of god. Why wouldn't god have made us(his chossen creature) better than the rest? Your question could do alot of damage when turned on god. Evolution answers the question quite well.

Any ecologist can tell you that we aren't part of a "food chain", we're part of a "food web". There's no top or bottom, but everything is connected. Any evolutionist can tell you that evolution doesn't have an end product that's "best" or "better than all else".
Organisms evolve to fit their roles. And chameleons/eagles don't have better "eyes", they have better "eyesight".

Each species has its own specialties, and fits a different ecological niche. It's like saying that a keyboard sucks because you can't scan a photo with it, or that the monitor is better because you can see things on it. Each part has its own purpose, and without them the system is incomplete.
An ecosystem is the same - each part evolves in reaction to their interactions with all the other parts, and therefore the system as a whole functions properly.

Friend .. "evolutionists" are not at all concerned with silly hierarchies of the human species being the "best" developed .. rather the "creationists" who insist humans are made in God's image are obsessed with this .. Thankyou for these wonderful arguments for natural selection .. You are making excellent arguments here for the cause of evolution ...

You are missing the entire beauty of evolution. Life evolved in many different ways and forms to best enhance it's abilities to survive. All the things you mentioned are survival adaptations.....

It's just how we evolved.
Our eyes face forward because we are predators and need to be able to focus long distances.
Humans use "solar energy"; we convert it to vitamin D.
Why is being able to see one's back a plus?

Consider this. If each human were independent unto themselves, there would be no incentive for humans to get along. What would bring them to the bargaining table??? Peace

yeah.evoloution chose them because they need those attributes to thrive.trees cuz they cant move.chameleons cuz the eat small and fast bugs.its called selective something idk search it.we dont need those things to survive so we didnt evolve to have them
