well if yr friend doesnt mind and you like him there shouldnt be a problem. yr not related so go for it

Don't date until you are 21. If that is not going to work, go out with the guy. Have fun. If he is 14, 15, or 16 things should be fine. If he is 17 or older, forget it.

It's not like your friend is going to get jealous like you were going out with her ex so if you like him too go for it if you two are really good friends then it won't hurt.

but you might wanna ask her if shes okei with it too.

well if you like him too, then first ask your friend if its ok for you and her brother to go out.... then tell him yes
but if you dont, then just tell him that you dont think its a good idea to date your friends brother... thats all
