They can't believe in themselves so they have to believe in something bigger than themselves to make them feel good about something. It should not matter what religion you are either. My wife and I NEVER EVER talked about religion, before or after marriage. Talking to people about religion is like talking about music: No one ever has the right answer and someone always thinks theirs is better.

Religion does matter and it should be a factor. In fact, when it is purposely ignored, there are problems that are imminent.

The reason for this is that religion defines our morals, your values, your beliefs, and ultimately your lifestyle. If there is any conflict, it is a potential for trouble in the future. It is possible for a couple to be comfortable with each other's religious beliefs even if they are different. But you still have to talk about it and if THEN you both agree, then you can ignore religion. But it should definitely be brought up.

religion is a large part of a persons life. Some religions spell out literally every aspect of life. And if the other person in the relationship does not agree with, or does not follow those religious guidelines, it can be a very incompatible relationship.

its not something we broadcast its just that when you're in a long term relationship religion is a big part of who you are. some girls are looking for that guy that goes to church every sunday, i think that religion makes the relationship stronger in many ways!! =)

They are trying to prove what good girls they are, when deep down they'd really rather be a bit on the promiscuous side but are afraid to cause they fear they'll never be loved.
