I would have to say K-2.....children are so open to experiences and expectant of others at that age. Once they hit 3rd grade is when the clique's start forming and they start developing their own personalities which sets them apart from others.
Any middle school grades like 6-10 for get about it they are going through puberty...need I say more.

Preschool. Kids are too naive to be mean. Everyone sings a plays all day. Starting from kindergarten, kids learn which one is the "weird one."

kindergarden or 1st grade ... preschool, theyre fighting over toys, and 3rd grade, they get into little mini "clicks"
