Then tell me, where does this happen?
"The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak."
You cannot do it. And the reason you cannot do it child, is because you do not understand the true spiritual life. You do NOT have a true concept of "selflessness" nor of the concept of God's Will. You are a sweet idiot. That is all you are. When you feed the hungry, clothe the naked and bring evil to justice, then come back and see how long a night can be. You must first drink the cup of bitterness. Until then, little one, remember how weak you are, and do not brag

As long as GOD needed me. Allowing for the fact that GOD would understand what you'll be doing the next day, there are two possibilities
1. Use your free will and look ahead - can you afford the lack of sleep? do you have responsibilities the next day, you'll need rest to accomplish? Will the lack of sleep affect your job, etc. If you have to sleep - you HAVE to - due to real commitments. (you gave your word - to be on time at work or school - and do your best.)
2. God will give you strength to handle a little loss of sleep, once in awhile. (A long time ago I was young, and could live on little sleep, of course those days are memories now.) Oh, to be young, HA!

I would go as the Holy Spirit leads me to. GOD is in control when it is time for whatever needs to be done, I believe you will be lead.
Have you ever been driving or walking down the street and something tells you to do go in another direction....that is the spirit of the HOLY GHOST. Protecting you maybe from a robber or accident or whatever evil maybe laying ahead..

It is not possible because there is no God. There is just the human condition of suffering and the ignorance of it. Wanting to please a God so that you may receive a reward or stave of punishment, this is unproductive to mental and spiritual growth. Take responsibility for you own actions, replace faith with wisdom and you will find life to become easier. Wisdom is the understanding of the true nature of things. A lot of people can be intelligent, wisdom comes from experience, experience for them selves. Ignorance's causes suffering, wisdom on how to do things for you self, find the cause of problems as they are, not how you perceive them. This is the true path to enlightenment.

As long as He needed me too. His will is more important than anything I have going on. Oh and for those who think that God and His will are just mumbo jumbo, I feel sorry for you. One day you will have to face him and then you will realize that He really does exist.
Hope you realize it before the day of judgement

Long enough to answer your question. God places people in strategic places for such a time as this. He will always have a remnant to do His will at anytime, anyplace, anyhow.

Till it was time to go to bed.
If God is using for Her will you won't get tired.
And don't get excited about my reference to God by the feminine pronoun. It is just as important as the reference to God by the masculine pronoun.
God is spirit and therefore - well - just go to bed when you get tired.
