some people say that walking on its own would help you loose weight all over. well what about biking??? i'm kinda new to this health and fitness thing!!what does it work and does it really help....and is it effective or do you gotta do it for like years to get in shape!!??!?!?!?

Walking and or biking alone will help you to loose some weight and tone up, but if want intense results you must also work on your diet and increase your fitness routine from time to time.

in order to properly lose weight, you have to do cardio (biking, walking, anything that raises your heart rate) 4-7 times a week.. working your abs will help you out and also doing things like bicep curls and tricep curls and swimming will also help

Either one will work if you work at it. I've lost 90 lbs walking the doctor says it's the best exercise there is. Just start our at 20 minutes a day and increase it five minutes a day each week. Try it you'll like it!
