I have to go with a dozen of long stem white roses, a candle light dinner, and a bubble bath with candles all around the tub with rose petals leading her to the tub.

I would probably get her a necklace...nice looking, not too expensive. Or earings...like I said, not too expensive becuase then we feel like we have to get you something expensive too.
