Try eating more fruits and vegetables at your meals and if you get hungry between meals eat fruits and vegetables. Watch your portions... the biggest mistake people make is having too large of portions. Drink at least 64oz of water a day... this helps make you feel full and will flush out your system of "toxins". Maybe step up your exercise a bit, even walking can be really good for you! When you're trying to lose weight you should keep your caloric intake between 1500-1800 calories a day and exercise 60-90 minutes a day at least 5 times a week.

Hi Babe,
I have done this and lost 12lbs in a month.
Breakfast: 1 apple, or egg whites, and green tea
Lunch: Grilled chicken with steamed vegies (carrot, beans, broccolli etc)
Afternoon Tea: I piece of friut and handful of nuts
Dinner: Grilled Chicken or fish with lots of lettuce and tomato
Snack: Fruit or if starving non-fat yogurt
Exercise: 1 hr of running, walking or something u really like
15 minutes of lift weights every 2-3 days.
Note: Building muscle helps your body burn more calories, it is extremely important to lift weights.
Also, drink water like mad. You will need about 3 litres per day.
This works. Similar to what they do on The Biggest Loser.
You will feel amazing doing this diet.

ok y would u want to loose 10 pounds fast anyways u should be happy wit the way u are and if someone is tellin u to lose weight then tell them to screw off u shouldnt have to if u realli want to though then all u need to do is watch the calories in everything and portion ur food out better eat healthy and excersise that will keep u healthy and ull loose weight pretty quick

Run. Sweat it off. Cut back on your dinner and eat more fruits and vegetables. My coach advise my team to eat 4 small meals a day instead of one big meal. That might help. But it is going to take a lot of hard work and determination for you to do this.

you have to cut calories, and excessive.
1st drink 8-10 cups of water per day.
2nd avoid empty calories like soda
3rd 2 servings of fresh fruit
4th 3 servings of fresh veggies (no dressings or dips with these) 5th lean meats and fish.
6th cut out processed carbs like white bread
30 min of aerobic activity 5 days week

2 LBS A WEEK IS OK NO MORE THAN 5 OR ELSE YOU COULD GAIN IT ALL BACK AND THEN SOME. CUT THE CALORIES, BURN MORE BY EXERCISING, DRINK AT LEAST 8 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY. THIS WILL HELP YOUR BODY A LOT.
