Can my status be endorsed as an American after being dismissed from jail for illegal immigration?

I cant even begin to understand where you came up with that. Actually you should be deported when put in jail for illegal immigration. We have sent dozens of people back to their home countries instead of putting them in our jails for prolonged periods of time.
