Hi - Try to use the following search engines: Zabasearch.com, google.com, USSearch,Searchbug.com, and any other free means you can first. Also, if you get really desparate try one of the skip trace agents, or an online PI, they can look him up through utility bills. It may cost you though.
I would first try the websites, before spending money, then try friends, and family, be your own detective. Then if that doesn't work, you may have to pay some money to an online search.
