I find it odd that you are a manager and have not been to HR manager training for such issues.
Stick up for yourself and your people. Demand to be treated with respect. If you are female and he is male then it can be consider it sexual harassment for he is clearly trying to dominate you.
Instruct the person to not go around you and yell at your people. Before filing a complaint with HR, get a lawyer who specializes in employment law first. You must be very careful.

Keep a log of these instances. Dates, Times, Witnesses etc.
If you can, tape record this! That way you have PROOF beyond a reasonable doubt!
Definitely go to your HR Department & file a complaint. Keep filing them until something is done.
Give them 2 weeks, then start going up the chain of command!
When he starts yelling at you LEAVE his presence! Tell him you will NOT tolerate his yelling at you any longer! Email him or write him a memo and send out copies to other managers!
Do whatever you can to get this matter stopped!

Screw HR, and any other politically correct BS remedies. Stick up for yourself by planting yourself in his face and telling him that you don't accept that kind of crap from anyone; least of all a mama's boy loser like him and if he ever does that to you in public again, you WILL go the HR route. He'll be shocked that the woman he formerly thought of as a whipping girl actualy has character and hopefully learn that he can't behave like that anymore. At least not with you. Make sure that if anyone's in earshot, that they're on your side. If that doesn't work, kick him in his raisin sized nuts, put your index and middle fingers in his eyballs as he lurches forward in pain, hit him in the nose with a book and find a new job!

You need to tell your Human Resorces dept. right now. He has no right to do what he is doing. I used to work for a company of about 500 or so and saw several supervisors lose thier job over what you are describing. It's not right, especially when he uses obscene language. It's degrading to you and shows he has little or no self esteem to handle himself in a mature manner. He may need anger management and the company will probably help him with therepy if it is that big of a company. The company I worked for offered help if anyone wanted it. Please tell HR now, for the sake of your health and job. He needs help and you need to get away from him. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Your boss has NO RIGHT to yell at you. You need to tell him that when he calms down you will listen to him, but you are not going to subject yourself to this kind of language. If that does not work, you need to go to your HR person and report this. This is uncalled for and you do not deserve to work under these conditions.

"... all of us would desire to die to be sin unfastened as in line with Romans 6:7......." - If this have been genuine, the Yeshua died in ineffective, through fact - as quickly as all of us die - we "are unfastened from sin", precise? incorrect. Sin is the errors guy took after Adam's transgression. as quickly as the physique is burned, there exist no errors. Deleted. that does no longer advise WE DESERVE something, and truly, as Yeshua suggested, we "are slaves solid for no longer something" that should die, through fact the only ingredient that the regulation brings in, is dying. After Yeshua's resurrection (the 1st one), many have been 'replaced' in an instantaneous at their dying, and that 'corruptible' became switched over into incorruptible. they at the instant are in an living house with Him interior the homestead of His Father "the place there exist many Mansions" and that they're going to comprise Him "as in a cloud" while He returns together with his saints. people who He does not comprehend as "His sheep" would would desire to attend till the Resurrection on the tip of the only thousand years, the place there'll be - for some - a Resurrection of life, and for others a Resurrection of Judgment. the area of those unswerving to Him is the Universe, the Planets ("the stones of hearth" initially given to the religious creatures that in a while rebelled against God). issues will return to the situations existent on the very beginning up, back, and he will Reign as a King back. btw, you do no longer would desire to be a JW to study the Scriptures and enable somebody inform you what they advise. this is there for all, be unfastened. study. study, the actuality shall make you unfastened.

Happens a lot! This person has an anger management problem. You could report him to human resources but chances are it would be the end of your job.

Sounds like a good workers'comp case to me.
Has your job-related stress caused you to miss any work or seek treatment?
No one has the right to demean or disrespect another human being.
Speak with a workers' comp attorney or labor attorney in your area.

It's assault, try reminding him of that. Get witnesses to it. Assault is a threat. If you feel threatened, it doesn't have to be a direct threat.Battery is unwanted touching. It doesn't have to be hitting, or hurt.
