I hope you already take English lessons. It's helpful to continue taking the lessons. If it's not possible you can buy tapes to learn English and continue to practice the with the tapes.
The best of course is to go to an English Speaking country and study there for a short period
Then would be good to have a language exchange with someone who speaks English very well or better from a native speaker.
Another thing is to continue watching English speaking movies

English is not very difficult infact. Try reading the newspaper daily and read simple story books which may be meant for younger kids. This will help U develop your understanding towards simple story before u can progress further

hi, your english isnt too bad if you have managed to ask and type this question.
it isnt hard whatsoever, where do you live?? in many places you can buy a pocket dictionary and translator which are quite good, i bought mt mum one from china and she has taught herself to be able to send messages to her friends now and be able to speak more fluent english, it has been difficult for hertoo as she has been in uk for many years now and still unable to pick up the language
