If this is Religion & Spirituality, then why are the Christians treating the Pagans the way that the Atheist are treating the Christains? Sounds like everyone needs a few beers to mellow out!!!

I agree dude! You need to be what is meaningful to you, there is not just one religion. I am Pagan and I just love the way some people think I am so bad. Those are the same jokers who treat people like crap, cheat, lie, steal, get defensive, think they are too good to drink a beer you name it. I would love to sit down and drink beer w/anyone as long as they are nice, I accept all religions I just wish other religions would do the same.
I just love jokers who ask if I found the Lord, I would never misplace my Gods, how mean of them.

It's all about converting and saving!

Sad, but true, however, most Christians are partially Pagan and we live, largely, in a Pagan world. Las Vegas is the epitomy of a PAgan world, so is an Amusment Park or the Big Apple.

God did not create TV, movies, bars, pool halls, gambling casinos, escourt services, outcall massages, orgie laced bathhouses and crack pipes.

These are part of the PAgan world. The world of pleasure and wantonness.

Christians are also part athiest, if you will. They got to the scientist whenever their tooth aches or they need their appedix removed.

It ultimately is, however, about saving souls and bring the word to everyone.

Tolerance, peace, love, moderation, piousness, purity, faith. good will, hard work and worship.

Pagans love their high times until they get HIV, Aids, HErpes, lose their wealth gambling or in the stockmarket, etc.

It is the job of religious and particualarly Christians to keep as many of these souls from reaching those great points of dispare and, in some cases, getting what we call the "mark of the animal" upon them to the point where there is no redemption.

YOu gonna have wonderful free sex with a girl who has herpes? Someone like that has reach the point of no return as there is no Athiest scientist cure.

The fact is, you got it, you can give it to others. You can single handedly create an empidemic.

So what's wrong with trying to convert these people to a safer, purer form of living. YOu still have to and get to live in the PAgan world. You can't escape it, unless you become Amish!

I'd say pass the bud..and maybe some mixed drinks if everyone agrees not to drive :P. I'm athiest but have been friends with people of many diff religions and have gone to catholic mass for x-mas. I have attended services for some other religions as well. I think most people (religious or not) are decent human beings, I just dislike the christians who try to insist on converting me. I try to treat everyone according to how they treat me. So if ya treat me like crap I'll return the favor.

Oh, the Protestants hate the Catholics
And the Catholics hate the Protestants
And the Hindus hate the Moslems
And everybody hates the Jews

But during National Brotherhood Week
National Brotherhood Week
It's National Everyone-Smile-At-
One-Another-hood Week
Be nice to people who
Are inferior to you
It's only for a week, so have no fear
Be grateful that it doesn't last all year!

I am not "treating the Pagans" in any deurogatory way as you suggest. I pray for them just as I pray for all people who have not found the Lord. And I don't need a beer; I'm quite calm and peaceful and a diet Pepsi will do just fine!

NO MATTER WHAT RELIGION, WE ALL WERE CREATED BY AND SERVE THE SAME GOD. EVEN SATAN HAS TO SUBMIT TO GOD. WE ALL ARE VERY POWERFUL SPIRITUAL BEINGS. MAN.....MAN AND HIS SO GENIOUS MIND HAS CREATED SUCH THINGS AS "TIME CLOCKS", DIFFERENT RELIGIONS/BELIEF SYSTEMS AND THUS MAKING FOR WRONGFUL JUDGEMENT BETWEEN ONE ANOTHER. WE HAVE GOD IN THE WORLD, WE JUST NEED MORE LOVE AND UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN ONE ANOTHER. IF WE WERE ALL ON THE VERY SAME PLANE OF OUR LEARNING LEVELS, THEN WE COULD NOT HELP TO PICK ONE ANOTHER UP WHEN THE OTHER IS DOWN. SO... WE "CAN" LOVE OTHERS EVEN THOUGH WE DO NOT LIKE THIER WAYS OR MAYBE DO NOT BELIEVE THE SAME AS ANOTHER. AND YES, MAYBE A FEW BEERS/WINE OR SUCH WOULD HELP.... JUST NOT DRUNKINESS.

I'm a Christian.

Pagans? I wouldn't know where to find one at, and I sure dont know what you mean about how they are treated.

I'd say Christians (and everyone else) have their hands full with radical Islamics.

Well it boils to the god fact us Christians don't tolerate pagans because they choose and have a right to to worship more then one god. And atheists hate Christians because we believe in god, because they believe science has proved him non existent. But we should all realize the big picture our ancestors believed in the dream of a life without religious persecution, and as their descendants it is our duty to make that dream a reality. By the way we act we are crushing their dream. The important thing is that we have faith in something and live our life with values. Pagans have faith in their gods and believe in the morals handed down to them, Christians have faith in the holy trinity, and believe in the morals handed down to us by Jesus, and atheists have faith in themselves and believe in the values they choose to live by. Nothing is wrong with any of us we all believe in something and that is one of our human rights.
