If you drink herbal tea instead of soda then you lose weight because it has almost zero calories. It also has some caffeine too that may help raise your metabolism a little. Otherwise water has the same effect without the caffeine.

Green tea and white tea should speed up your metabolism. If you take "mormon tea" this is full of Epederian and this is a really fast way to loose weight. the problem is that you put yourself at risk for heartattacks.
