I think that the pilots probably hit what they are told to hit, and their controllers tell them to hit where the intelligence guys tells them the rockets have been fired from, and the intelligence guys get pictures of the rockets sitting where the Hezbollah want them to fire at, which is where the maximum civilian damage will be done.
Warfare has been conducted like this for hundreds of years, where you "fool" the enemy into killing a load of civilians and therfore you get the propaganda victory.
Hezbollah is very good and well armed and fanatical, but they know that they will be absolutely malleted by the Israelis once they take the brakes off, so they know that the only way to survive is for the interntational community to stop the Israelis.
What better way to do that than to ensure that Israeli missiles keep killing children?
Come on people, this isn't difficult....try and keep up!

good shots they are highly trained fighters with a well equipped army and air force if i was them id train like hell too everyone in the middle east hates them so id make sure i had my forces very highly trained i doubt they miss often they sure seem to be able to take out the people they shoot at and don't seem to worry about civilian casualties to get them

One of the best. They allow their pilots to continue as combat jet jockeys even though many are high ranking officers.

I'd say they're good because they're trained by US pilots (maybe by proxy) and have US planes. They also have plenty of practice because they usually have war games with US, Britain, Canada, etc.
