Maybe the taboo subject of incest, the forbidden act, is turning him on more. It's like drinking before turning 21. After it comes legal, it loses it luster.

I'd like to think that he thinks of it as dangerous when you do the dirty in her room and in her lingerie. If you're uncomfortable with it, which it seems you are, I'd be frank and tell him so.
I honestly don't think he likes his sister, but go with your gut instinct not with what any of your friends tell you.

You should tell him to see a shrink!!!!!! Or you can by those same clothes and maybe it will have the same affect on him then you will feel more comfortable and he will have more energy in bed

YES you should be very concerned. That is not normal and get away from him. If she found out I am sure she would be very freaked. I would research child-molester behavior b/c he might be displaying signs. You should not participate in his sick games anymore.
