its highly unlikely unless you're putting chemicals onto the eyebrow hair. split ends comes from damage caused by things like straighteners, conditioners...
and usually peoples eyebrows are not long enough for you to tell if they are split at the end

YES! Mine split all the time!!! And no, I don't have bushy eyebrows, I get them waxed twice a month and I don't blow dry or use any color on them. It just happens.

If they did we would just pluck them like all the rest. Nothing to worry about because if you don't like them then you pluck them.
Solutions are better then problems.

no ... eyebrows do not get split ends, unless of course you are blow drying them!
