yeah, there shouldnt be any problem at all if the parents are fine with it. if you two are having intercourse, keep it on the dl, and if yorue not, try to wait until shes at least 16? then its quasi legal.

a 15 yr old and an 18 yr old can go out BUT the 18 yr old should not be sexual with the 15 yr old. That would be the illegal part.
That would mean ORAL too! Keep it friendly and no more than kissing, you never know how things could go if the 15 yr old would get pissed off it could mean police charges even if nothing did happen....best advice date someone over 18 and keep it safe.

Well, if you're the 15 year old, wait a few years and learn to master proper spelling in school. If you're the 18 year old, Lord help you. No, it's still not legal. It would be considered rape if you engage in sexual relations because the 18 year old is of legal age and the 15 year old is not.

I'm not sure about in PA but in Cali. its not legal. If it was reported to the police then the 18-year-old would be prosecuted by the D.A. Even if the 15-year-old's parents are okay with it its still against the law.

The parents don't have to press charges for charges to be filed.
