Take a large dose of antihistimines, such as over the counter benidril. Then wait.

If it doesn't get better in a few days, go to the doctor.

Normally I'd say a tobacco poultice, but since it's near the eye try putting meat tenderizer on it. get it wet so it will stick to the spot.
