I already see good qualities in you>>> you're intelligent... you can obviously read & spell words... there are many people who can't even do that.
Try reading books or listening to self-help tapes about>>> the power of positive thinking... or building self-esteem.
You obviously have the intelligence to reach out for help when you need it.
You're worth caring about... if you weren't, then you wouldn't be getting help from any of us.
Quit comparing yourself to other people... & just love/appreciate yourself.
Don't let fear rule your life... overcome fear with love... love yourself & love others... you can do it... you can be a BIG help to others by showing them that you care about them.
Nobody is perfect... we all make messes... just learn from the messes & keep on going, & do your best to do better the next time... if it takes 10 times to get it right, so what? ...as long as you keep on trying/doing your best>>> that is success.

It's all a matter of CHOICE... do something extra-special with your life... show yourself & others that you CAN be the person you want to be.

If your crying is beyond your control, get some medical treatment for depression. Medication and therapy may both be helpful to you.
As for how you should change your life, here are my suggestions:
First, unplug your TV, and put it in the closet. Try living our life completely without the idiot box for awhile, and you'll start to feel better about yourself. Read. Listen to music. Go for walks.
I have a feeling that the key for you to turn your life around is to set some goals for yourself. Any goal: personal goal, professional goal, educational goal. It doesen't matter how small the goal is either. In fact, the smaller the better. Just set a goal and pursue it, every day.
You don't need to compare yourself to others. It's your life, and you should want it to be a life like no other. Just figure out what's interesting and important to you, and build your goals around that.
Once you learn to set goals for yourself and achieve them, everything else is likely to fall into place. You'll think better of yourself. You'll think you do deserve to be happy. You'll have more confidence in yourself and you'll be more interested in mixing with others.
Don't worry too much about choosing a "good" goal or the "right" goal. It doesen't matter. Just take the first step, in any direction, and new possibilities will begin to open up for you.
Lots of people have difficulty creating goals for themselves. If you think you need some help, the self-help section at a bookstore or library will be loaded with books on how to set and achieve goals. I'd recommend the books by Barbara Sher.
The basic method for achieving goals is to come up with a goal, then break it down into smaller goals until you come up with a first step that you can take immediately. Today. Then do it. Then do the rest of the steps. Before you know it, you'll be there, and you'll already be thinking about your next goal.
I hope you'll give my suggestion a try. Once you get a sense of direction, you'll feel much better.

People have this habit; they take one point, and then wrap it up with fifty thousand tons of OTHER points, and then before you know it; EVERYTHING seems real bad. But this is generally not really the case at all; it's usually one, or two things that started somewhere that didn't get handled; period. So - the first thing is to face what was needing handling and then, do whatever you need to, to fix the situation. Next, find out how you can make your life more positive: it's your life: so - how would you like it to be? Down and out? Or up and at `em?! You might surprise yrself, and taking a good look at yrself takes guts and it takes determination to turn the tide; but, you know what? I think you CAN DO IT!

your worth everythingin the world! why do you think your a worthless piece of poop? you aren't, and why not go out and meet new people? its good to talk to people about your feelings. you deserve to be happy. go and take a vacation, go see family or old friends somewhere. do your hobbies! you can be happy. Ive felt liike this b4 and all i would do was fall asleep. you can always go into a chat room and talk to someone in a chat room possibly to feel better. what helps me with depression is putting on a good tune and taking a stroll outside in the park.or painting a picture/ being creative. be happy life is too short to be sad all the time! maybe is to go see a counselor(sp?) to talk abotu your problems, If you go to the doctors they shoudl give you a few options about how you want to treat your depression such as medicine(anti depressants can give you suicidal thought though we dont want you dying on us!) or a counselor, Id go to see a conselor. and see where it goes from there. their there make you feel better and get our life back together! feel better =)

u shouldnt feel that way. u r just depressed right now. u do deserve being happy. tomorrow just do something u enjoy. take the day off from whatever and make time for urself. do this at least once a week. it will ease the stress and depression.

You are depressed, and need professional help and possibly medication. Talk to a doctor or counselor. You do not have to go on feeling so miserable, there is help available. But not from here! You need a professional.

you dont need to change your life you need to change your attitude. you decide how you feel so if you want to cheer up then look at things in a more positive way. if people are putting you down then screw them, they arnt your friends. why dont you find something no one you know has ever heard of and then make that your new hobby?
