well the best way is to say "NO" loudly and sternly when they are chewing on something they shouldnt have and replacing it with a chew toy of some sort. But since you cant watch your dogs 24/7, i suggest spraying No Lassie (dog repellent) on things they usually like to chew. another solution would be to keep a chew proof room that you can put them in when you cant watch them.

There is some stuff you can pick up at most local pet stores. I used a spray called bitter apple it was for my dog to keep her from biting the edge of some furniture and from licking her back raw. this stuff works pretty well because the dog eventually remembers the bad taste and stops all together so you don't have to buy the spray all the time

You can't. It is part of their teething process. Give them stuff to chew on, and remove or lock up any stuff you don't want chewed.
Ultimately, the way to prevent that is do not get puppies, but get dogs no younger than 18 months old from the pound.

If they are puppies, they will outgrow it. My dog chewed a bunch of stuff but after he turned one, he stopped. If they are older, then try getting them a lot of chew toys. Make sure you tell them NO when they start to chew on something they shouldn't and then give them their toy.

I think dogs are chewing up stuff because they hungry very much. Therefore they stop chewing up stuff you can feed few times everyday

Give them things they can chew on. Praise them when they chew on these things. Remove things they can't chew on. Put Bitter Apple spray or Tabasco sauce on things that can't be removed. Consider crating them when you can't be there to protect your stuff. You wouldn't let a small child have free run of your home unsupervised.

When my pug first came home, she chewed two corners of my coffee table. I sprayed vinegar on them and she never again chewed them. Unfortunately, my partner tends to leave things lying about and she loves to chew pens. Just be vigilant about loose things lying about and if need be, crate your dog when you are gone. Better safe than sorry.

Have a water bottle/squirt gun by your side at all times. When ever you catch them even eyeing something to chew or actually chewing on something they shouldn't, spray them and verbally correct them, "NO CHEW"- the spray and the correction have to happen immediately for them to understand what behavior you are correcting(thats why i mentioned squirt gun)
it also helps to have plenty of chew toys at home to keep their attention...
KONGS-fill w/ peanut butter and freeze
Sanitized Bones(hollowed animal)-fill w/ peanut butter an freeze
Nylabones
Rawhides bones(not chips)
Dental ropes(Booda is one brand that comes to mind)
Much Luck!
