Just curious...what did the dr. do when you did that?
And no, it wasn't cheating if you didn't mess with the dr. and the dr. didn't mess with you.

While interesting to say the least, this is not considered cheating.
That would be like if you got off by accident by rubbing against a piece of wood as you turned around in a tight hallway.
The concept is that the decision is made, consciously, by one or both parties, to engage in deceitful sexual oriented behaviour.
So, if you could tell that your doctor was purposely trying to get you off, then yes, otherwise, no.

While if your female doctor was cute i guess u could have done it but the best thing is to tell your girlfriend. She mutt think it's funny but she won't be made

No, that is not cheating at all.
Cheating is being with another person who you intentionally have relations with.

no thats not cheating, unless you were fantasizing about the doctor or did something with her. otherwise, you did nothing wrong. its normal
