According to the reading I have done regarding hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), the brain, when it senses that blood sugar is low, will do sometimes strange things to get the blood sugar (glucose) out of storage and into the blood stream. Adrenaline is one sure way to do this. If thinking of suicide causes you to get an adrenaline rush, then low blood sugar is probably the cause.
Suggestion? Put it off for one hour the next time you feel the urge. Go to the kitchen and get some protein, meat, a can of tuna (salmon is better) or whatever, and eat it. Also have some carbohydrate, like a handful of chips, an apple, or some carrots/celery, and also some nuts or peanut butter. Eat at least 2 ounces of the protein. Then drink a glass of water and do something active, like singing or stretching exercises for 30 minutes. You may find your world has brightened up a bit.

Please dont, i know what you are going through... the sun does shine again once you make it through the storm... talk to your closest friend.. or family memeber.. or even a counciler... life is beautiful, you just have to focus on the sun shine, and break free from the clouds.. just think of all the good things in life you would miss if you were gone forever... and about how much everyone would miss you..

speak to someone close about your problems, you will hurt your friends and family so tell someone about your problems don't be scared to talk about it whatever it is, it will get better also go tell your Doctor they can help you alot. i have friends who have fought like this and they are alot better just off talking about it
