Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

10 push ups a day has been proved to do the job. Worked for me. Don't need no fancy machines. It is called determination , self discipline and will power. Just the way it is. You have to ask yourself ? Do I want this or not !!! Sad but true

My wife just gave birth a little while ago.
I drag her out of bed every morning at 6:30 and ask her ? How bad do you really want to loose the fudge around the belly. Make her jog around a few blocks with me and have Given her enough confidence to build herself up to 120 Push ups a day.

I must also confess that I live in Hollywood and I have an obsession with looking after the body. This part of the world it seems to be the most important thing. I also am a motivational speaker. So if I come across as being too harsh. I say it out of love. Good luck. Hope you enjoy your jog

One last thing is make sure you speak to your doctor of course before you do any sport activity.

Minus the pregnancy i had the same issue about wanting nice stomach and my wife being a physical trainer told me the best way was to run before breakfeast at least 2-4 miles 4 times a week. Running increases your metabolism and helps both prevent calories and fat from settleing and helps rid the ones you already have. Also dont skip breakfeast eat within an hour of working out, missing meals slows your metabolism so when you finally do eat it takes a lot of time to process. Reguardless do it safely, Good luck and be safe.

It comes back to the old adage, diet and exercise. The aim is to burn more than you consume. A thirty minute walk each day along with some resistance work and carefull eating should do the trick.

While the baby is still young is the best time, just watch what you eat, and make sure any workout you do is cardio(to burn fat) and I used to do about 200 crunches a day, give it about 4 weeks.

breastfeed. and it a relatively low carb diet . you need carbs to make milk for the baby. but no white sugar, rice, potatoes, or flour. only whole grains, sweet potatoes, cereal etc. Always suck yoiur stomach in. wear a girdle if you have to. Oh and crunches, 100 a day. i lost my baby weight in eight weeks. flat tummy and my breasts were so nice, I took a pic.

Not easy but worth it.
