Take a raw egg and crack it open. On the inside of the egg shell, there is a slippery lining. Peel the ling off and put on the boil. This will bring it to a head almost overnight. My husband gets boils and that's what we always do.

put some salt in yo bath water then the boil will tightened up and burst itself you want feel a thing

Epsom salts, in HOT water, as hot as you can stand it, without burning yourself.

Then just use washcloths, as compresses. The salt will help to dry it up, and the heat will help to oen it up, so that the poison can seep out.
