She also has them on her mouth, but they do not seem to bother her. What causes this? Should I be concerned

Usually, that would mean you should put sun lotion on nose. I'm supposed to watch for that, as mine has a light colored nose and surrounding area. Your dog, however, would be dark colored, so that really shouldn't be a problem, I'd think. May want to consider trying this, however. I won't speak to medical issue of normality, as I'm not qualified.

No, there's probably no reason for concern.

There could be several reasons: It may be "winter nose", which is a condition which dogs get if they don't get enough sunlight (unlikely in this heat, but make sure she gets outside a bit more if she's a real indoor dog) Sometimes it's a mild allergy to eating and drinking out of plastic dishes (switch to ceramic or metal), or she may be going into heat (sometimes the hormones affect the pigmentation) It could evem be her true genetic expression.

Still, it never hurts to call the vet. This is a question s/he should be able to discuss with you over the phone for free. If it becomes crusty, has growths or otherwise "looks funny", definitely go to the vet.

If you are using a plastic or ceramic food/water bowl, switch to a stainless bowl as this can cause the nose to change color like that. Otherwise they will change in the summer from the sun (or so I've heard, never observed).

my sister has 2 weimies and they have very sensitive skin, sometimes the male gets zit like things on his nose but they go away, the only time he got them bad was when the groomer put the shampoo directly on his skin and he broke out with those but the went away. I wouldn't worry unless they hurt your dog.

No, I do not believe you should be concerned. They could be signs of aging or a lot of time in the sun. If you are truly worried call your local vet and them examine him/her.
