Well.....since you are a lecturer it means at present you are earning between 15 & 20 thousand rupees (assuming you are a full-time)....you asked about future...if its your initial stage of the service, you can still opt for UPSC examination in IAS section which is more in demand for the qualifications you possess. Though I am still a student studying in PG, but I do know lots of teachers in my university are appearing for similar examinations besides their work in teaching fields. As far as your marriage is concerned....I think you do have lots of chances compounded with your colleagues, I have witnessed marriages of lady teachers in faculty itself....ofcourse I am not a proper authority to put comment...............well, hope this meets your query...Thanks
