I have these little bumps on my chest and on my upper arms and they leave marks when they ago away. What are they? How do I get rid of them?

They are probably just zits... lots of people get them on their chest back and upper arms...
Get a good anti-zit soap and use it... theyll go away...
If they don't there are medications dermatologists can prescribe such as Accutane which will clear them up in no time... but they dry the hell out of your skin.
