Nah, it's okay, but it would be much much better if you could make it run on Greenpeace members oil!!!

I would say yes it is very bad. that is way too much abuse for the precious engine to take. In general it is very difficult to achieve the proper consistency of animal fats to use in todays fuel injected engines. the department of energy actually has a site dedicated to biodoesel and it does talk about animal fats as one potential source of biodiesel. generally, the only way to get a good consistency for the pumps filters and injectors is to blend animal fats with fossil fuel stock to keep it from gelling at lower temperatures. I would say you should lobby your congressman to open up ANWR to drilling to get the cost of crude oil down so you have part 1 of the blend. and since we are up there, there is a vast supply of well blubberred animals to throw in the kettle for the other part of the mix. boy does this bring back some great memories of clubbing baby seals in newfoundland
