Yes, if the US doesn't do with Cuba what they did with Puerto Rico then i think that they will definitely make the laws tougher for the Cubans just like they do with any other country with a normal government. There will definitely not be any more wet foot laws or Cubans in Guantanamo bay they would simply be shipped back like all illegal immigrants. The visa lottery will most likely not included Cubans anymore. But I do think it will be easier for them to get there visas and leave the country without having to ask for permission like they do now. What the change at least they'll be a free country, with the ability to modernize the country.
