23 been with bf friend 2 years onced lived with him and his dad, I moved out got my own place, asked to move in our own apartment but says he dosn't want to leave his dad or his old sick cat, he is also 23, why dosen't he want to at least move out on his own ?? any advice

He just isnt ready to commit. Dont force him neither because that will only cause hatred and betrayal towards you. Life experience

Chances are Dad picks up at least some of his living expenses. He does not want to give up his free ride. He may also be set into where he lives, and never sees himself as moving.
It's a bit odd that your BF does not want to live with you after 2 years. That's a long time. That's just about past 'time to get married'. So I'd say he is afraid to commit to just one woman too.

That sounds shady to me too. i could be suspicious. have you ever tried speaking to him approximately this and stating to him whilst his memories do not upload up? My acquaintances ex boyfriend did this alot too and we found out he certainly lies alot. And for no stable reason the two. stable success!!
