Pork chops. Ham. Bacon. Sausage. There are days I stuff myself with so much pig I lose feeling in my hands and feet. Man, do I love pork. Who's with me?

I live in the middle of cattle country, and it's considered sacrilege to not love beef - but I just don't. Give me part of a pig, anytime!
Granted, I'm not prone to "porking" out on it like you mentioned, but given a choice of beef or pork, I will always take the pork. Always. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. LOL.
