Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !
P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

NO diet pills really work. Read the labels carefully...they ALL say the same thing. Something along the lines of "if you take this pill with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise, you MAY lose weight." Even the so-called natural ones carry dangers with them that are not worth it.
You must have the calorie-reduced diet and exercise, and those two things will be just as effective, if not MORE effective if you don't have the weird chemicals in diets pills coursing through your system, causing heart, kidney, and liver problems. At best, the pills are a waste of money. At worst, you can suffer really awful health problems.
There's only one safe way to lose weight effectively, and that is to eat a LITTLE less (by 200-400 calories) than the amount of calories you need to use in a day. If you eat too much less, you body goes into fat storage mode, and your attempts at starving yourself will backfire, as you will get fat quickly again when you start eating again.

If you want to lose weight and keep it off and avoid secondary effects, diet pills are not the way to go.
The body puts on fats because we consume more carbs and sugars and so on than what our bodies need. So either we decrease the amount of intake, or we increase what our bodies need, or both. That is, switch diet, or exercise, or both.
I lost 9kg in total and have kept them off for more than a year by simply switching diet, I do no exercise apart from some yoga.
Instead of having a say 1200 calories lunch, I have a meal replacement which gives me all the nutrients I need and enough protein to keep me from getting hungry. That's a big decrease in the intake. I have a normal dinner (I even go to the pub regularly).
In the first few months, I also took some herb-based pills to increase my metabolic rate. I lost 6Kg in the first 6weeks. Now, I'm just on maintenance, and as long as I stick to my current eating habits, I will not put on any more weight.
And by the way, the lunch that I eat daily (the meal replacement) costs me less than the lunch my colleagues have at our cafeteria, so I lose weight and save money :).
Hope that helps.

Not really. The best advice I was ever given on this is: eat less and think less about yourself. If you are less self-conscious and more self-confident you can throw the pills away and leave the weighing machine in the cupboard :)
