Sometimes falls from people of older age can be a sign of many things ecspecially if she can't get up... she could have a bad back which is common or just be tierd and can't stand the pain of trying to get up in her old age whatever the cause may she needs to see the doctor so taht they can make sure everything is alright and that it is in fact just old age!! Cause for worrying is not bad something acn be wrong she could ahve hurt herself when she feel medical attention is needed immediately! Best wishes for your grandmother!

She could have just tripped or lost her balance. She will be alright. My grandma fell and broke her hip about a year ago, and she was alright and nobody even found her for almost a day. So at least somebody was there and found her and she didn't have to suffer. I'm sure everything will be ok.

Call 911 - she could have a broken hip. Whatever you do, do not move her in any way in case something is broken. She will probably need an exam and a hip x-ray at the ER.

Any time an old person falls and cannot get up by themselves it means they are getting more frail and helpless and will need to rely on help from family members, neighbors, and friends.

Common reasons for being unable to get up include weakness, confusion, overweight, and balance problems.

no need to worry, i'm sure she will be fine. occasionally older people tend to fall over.
she may needto go to hospital for a checkup to make sure she has not broken any bones, as older people tend to have weaker bones.

but this is normal for an elderly person. so try not to worry.
