I agree with what DAR said! "What normal human", you ask? The kind that OBEYS our laws, and expects others to do the same. The kind that is fedup with supporting these freeloaders! The kind that his OWN family has to do without, because my taxes go to support these criminal deadbeats! The kind that says, the wife should have known better than to marry the illegal, so it's her own damn fault for marrying a criminal! Don't try to make ME feel guilty lady, because i don't and never will, so you might as well STOP with the old 'sob story'! Save it for someone who gives a damn, because i do not. If you want to be with the criminal, then MOVE TO MEXICO! And, good riddance.

I told you what I thought when I just answered your previous question. My thoughts remain the same. It is illegal immigration that is causing the hardship that you are facing right now. If not for all the illegal immigrants coming in, proper applications could be processed in a more timely manner because INS wouldn't have to spend so much time on handling all the illegals. Wouldn't it have been much nicer for you now, had your wife come into the USA legally before you even met her? Hmmmmm? Think about it - she brought this upon herself. You are the innocent who is being hurt by her criminal actions of coming into this country illegally, in the first place. And, if there were children involved, she would have caused hurt to them, too. She has no one to blame but herself!

Immigration and illegal immigration have to be separated, Our country welcomes immigrants with open arms and allows them the American dream.
Illegal immigration cannot and should not be tolerated.
If we opened our country to anyone at anytime we would not have a country for very long, As a large percentage of the worlds population would be here in no time flat.
Just as you have to stand in line sometimes to get what you want , So must the immigrants. It keeps things orderly and allows us to interview them and determine whether a person should be allowed in, Believe me there are some people you would want to keep out for various reasons.
Now back to the standing in line, If for some reason you and your wife needed baby formula to feed your child, Knowing there was a limited supply you were able to get a place in line that would assure you some formula, Now suppose you begin seeing others cutting in the front of the line ahead of you thereby lessening your chances of getting the formula you need and you have earned the right to by standing in line as you should, If this kept happening repeatedly and noone stopped it from happening your baby will now go hungry because you have slipped to far back into the line, Now remember they cheated to get ahead of you because they need formula for their baby and their baby will suffer without it, Would it be wrong to send them to the end of the line and deny their baby the formula so that you would have it for your child?

Thank you for making that wonderful point and I agree about the humane side of this issue. That is why so many come here illegally.
I have no problem with people wanting to better their lives. I agree that, I am no better than an illegal. I had no choice where I was born, neither does an illegal, it was only by God's grace, I certainly didn't deserve it. Who am I to say, where someone should live or not live.

Don't let all the talk and hate you hear make you leave. If things are going well with your neighbours and at work just continue to be good citizens and it will all work out. Other immigrants have gone thru times like this and they stayed and prospered. You are protected by the law of the land and what you are hearing is just talk. There is a war on and terrorist threats on peoples mind and there is a lot of blame and hate right now to go around. It is bound to improve in time.

WHAT normal human could look in the eyes of a thief who had no identity and stole yours and say sorry you must live in a different country..
Me, in a heartbeat....
If you are illegal, go home. Period. You have had the time and opportunity to do it right...apparently, you chose to remain illegal.
Now, thank all your illegal friends for taking to the streets with the Mexican flag and ticking us off.

Why must they live apart? Why not send both of them?
You are trying to make us feel guilty about expecting our laws enforced. It's not going to happen. They knew what they were doing. I don't feel sorry for them at all. I do feel sorry for poor Americans that should be getting all of the help that these freeloading illegals get and aren't entitled to. I could care less about illegals.

It is pretty inhumane for 12 to 20 million of them to come here and make us pay for them to raise their families at the expense of a better life for our own families, if you ask me.
And they can go together to the other country. Why do they have to be separated?
The parents chose this. We didn't. What would your country do if 12 to 20 million of us showed up, uneducated and said 'educate us and give us health care and feed our children, give them scholorships and in-state tuition too - nevermind that all the children in your country who want to go to college aren't able to go.

You're very right in this perspective it DOES look inhumane. However, we have to make the people in this country who have been here their whole lives the priority and the people that DID go through that long and grueling process. Also, if a person wants to come to America bad enough, they'll go through the process.
