try calcium enriched string cheese. kids usually love the stuff. also maybe a vitamin with a character on it, ice cream, grilled cheese sandwiches, even almonds have some, orange juice, and mac n cheese with real cheese instead of the powder stuff. just don't over cheese her, im sure you know why. for a three year old it really don't take much to meet their daily requirement for calcium.

I would ask your dr before giving your daughter viactiv or tums(you don't want to give her an antiacid it could mess up her ph in her tummy).
My 3 year daughter eats enough but picks at her food.
There are a lot of things that you can try:
Motts Plus Kids juice they have apple/grape and apple fruit punch (10% calcium)(also has iron) per daily value
Pudding hunts snackpack (4%)(also has iron)
Macaroni and cheese is good
I am not sure but check ravioli in a can I want to say that it may have some. I am pretty sure that the cheese ravioli does)
Goldfish snack crackers have calcium
If she likes peanut butter and jelly, grilled cheese or toast and jam. Try Wonderbread --Wonder Kids Sandwich Bread it has 20% in 1 slice and 35% daily value in 2 slices.
Good luck

American cheese is a good source of calcium, and there are juices (like orange juice) that have calcium in them. There are also other foods that have calcium added to them. Its on the package and its usually on the front of the package. Something else you might be able to do is make pudding out of milk, add milk to things like tomato sauce or soups or in custards or other foods.

They also make orange juice that has added calcium. It sounds strange, but it tastes the same and it works great for my brother (he's allergic to dairy). Macaroni and cheese is a fun way to eat calcium, too. Lots of people don't realize that dark green vegetables like kale or broccoli have calcium in them (and iron, which is also good).
Here are a couple of good websites:

Reward her when she drinks milk. Offer her cheese, and other calcium based foods. Give her calcium viatmins and talk to her doctor. Maybe the doctor will have some suggestions.

Get some bone meal powder at a vitamin or health food store. Put a 1/2 teaspoon in with her food.

Maybe try Viactiv. They are chewable vitamins that resemble candy and have a chocolate taste. Kind of like a Tootsie Roll...
