Your hair is more than long enough to get a perm. As for styles you can get a finger wave, flips and curls with pencil curling iron, and even extensions.

Get it permed when it's twice as long as you want it to look when it's permed. Your 2" hair will look about 1" long.

I'm sure you can do it at 2 inches but it really depends on the look your going for. If you perm it, it will be even shorter than 2 inches.

2 inches long is long enough for a poodle perm . i would wait until you had your hair down to your shoulders then get a nice body wave .

No. Enough to get a wave as one person said. Don't get a perm because they get all frizzed up. I knew this girl that got one and looked horrible.

about 5 or 6 inches long a rod has to wrap around it you don't have enough at the moment
