Okay, here is a really good lunch that's easy to make, and HEALTHY!!
I invented it for school lunches, so kids will like it. I MADE IT BEFORE THE GIRL ON THE VIEW OKAY!!
First, buy a box of Tyson Chicken Patties, some whole wheat bread, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and any other vegetable you like on the sandwich, and watermelon.
Now, take one chicken patty and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Take a cup with a good sized top (the part you drink out of) and use it like a cookie cutter on your bread. It should be about the size of the patty.
Put it right in the middle, press down, and use a knife to cut the bread around the cup. Do this with both pieces, and put it in the toaster until it's brown.
When it's done, take out the bread and put the patty on one piece of bread. The reason you toast it is so it does not become soggy. Now, put on some lettuce, tomato, pickle, or any other vegies you want.
If you want Mayo or Ketchup, be sure to put less than a tablespoon on. put the other piece of bread on and you have a nice little chicken sandwich.
Now, take the watermelon and put about 2 good-sized slices in a blender.
Take a cup of ice, and a half cup of water and put that in too. Blend until it's mixed and you have your fruit AND water serving. If you want it REALLY sweet add sugar, but you don't need it. Now throw in a sliced cucumber with some carrots and maybe a bag of some low-fat chips, or baked, even soy chips are good, and six mini rice cakes too.
You'll have a great lunch that takes 5 minutes. Please try it you'll love it! Thanks!

If you have a microwave for lunch an easy thing to do is make a bigger dinner and use left overs.

I like to go really healthy do a whole ballanced thing. Cut pieces of Zuchini and yellow squash, baby carrots, a yogert, some meat lean turkey or chicken, a fruit that does not require cutting. Some whole grain carb. Just hit all the food groups in a healthy way for fats use nut, olives or avacado just healthy stuff.

Well, where I live, it's the season for lots of yummy produce. So I'd have plenty of that on hand. Serve a sandwich, soup and fruit or just a sandwich and fruit. Sliced tomatoes and mayo, tuna, turkey are some thoughts. Try some of the new wraps rather than bread. Slice some peaches, add some blueberries, a little sugar and half-and-half or peel and slice some melon. You can also serve some cheese and a glass of 2 percent milk.

If you eat a decent breakfast, then you shouldn't need to eat lunch. Lunch is a more modern idea and the modern people are very fat. If you must take lunch, then a salad and an apple are a good choice. Or you can eat a large lunch and forgoe dinner or have a salad for dinner instead, then you aren't eating a large quantity so near to bedtime.

3 peices of lean turkey on whole wheat bread with mustard. Some grapes or another fruit on the side. Some Yogurt as desert. Have some water, or green tea to drink.

Peanut butter and banana sandwich with 8 oz. of skim milk. An apple on the side.

Any kind of salad, with italian dressing. Have some water, or green tea to drink.

Frozen dinners from brands like "Healthy Choice" and "Weight Watchers: Smart Ones". Have one with a serving of fruit or veggies. Have some water, or green tea to drink.

Healthy "chunky" soup. Progeso, cambles chunky, or Healthy Choice soups are all good choice. Have some crackers on the side and water to drink.

That is all I can think of.

whole wheat wraps are great! Try some roast beef with a tad of cream cheese and green onions, pita pockets, put any sandwich filler in that, lettuce wraps are even healthier, kids like the wrap ideas too. Have a good old fruit shake, banana, yogurt, berries of any kind, whip it up - yum!
