I love the idea of a tiramisu it looks really yummy and easy to make. but I am not a fan of all that coffee is there a way of making a chocolate tiramisu would I just need to change the coffee for chocolate if so would it be drinking chocolate like coco.all so any recipes would be great

The coffee is really an undertone. The best way to try it out and see if you would like tiramisu is to buy a tiramisu truffle from a candy store. They're really good. And if you take out the coffee it's basically just a chocolate mousse cake.

Hey I was taught by French Pastry Chefs and did alot of cakes, and that one looked good but tasted bad. I hate coffee too!!! Yuck puke, faint, sneeze, gag, ewww!!! Anyway, you can make it w/out the coffee added but you would have to rename your cake because it would not be a Tiramisu then. Tiramisu means pick me up because of the espresso and caffeine.
