My quality of life is rather good. So sorry to hear that you have heard or are experiencing otherwise. I am all for immigration that occurs legally. I am not for illegal immigrants lurking in the dark or hiding in vans to cross the border when no one is looking. There has to be a reason they would not be aloud into our country through legal channels why else the need to hide? If you ask me we don't need that kind of trouble here....we have enough with our own citizens.
How's Iraq...well it has a very long way to go. It will probably become another S Korea where our soldiers pull a tour there every so often 12-18 months unaccompanied. We still have bases in Germany and Japan....so don't look for this to be put to bed anytime soon. Besides the death toll for American troops has gone down for the third consecutive month....(yes, even 1 is too many.) My husband has been deployed to Iraq for just shy of 12 months, and there are some really good things that happen over there with all the bad. So it will be done..... when it's done.

I don't have a low quality of life. I would rather my tax dollars go to the care of LEGAL citizens and LEGAL immigrants.
Iraq is a slow process. We still have people in South Korea, Germany, Japan . . . things take time.
