First, the few leaflets that were dropped were more for public relations than to save innocent people.
Secondly, the Israelis already bombed roads, bridges and airports so the people have no means of escape.
Thirdly, what abouit the poor and infirm? How can they leave and where could they go?

The Lebanese have the right to survive. They are a democratic country without a military. Easy prey, wouldn't you say?

Yes, the Lebanese have the right to survive. They should throw out the terrorists (Hezbollah) who are occupying their country.
How could they allow this to happen?

Do you have any idea how many leaflets were dropped? Or are you just trying to mislead us?
And remember that there is no requirement that Israel drop those leaflets. International law requires the defender to remove civilians from around military targets.
Why did Hezbollah and the Lebanese government place civilians in the line of fire?
It is a real shame that people like yourself ignore international law.

First, where do you get the information that there were only a "few" leaflets dropped? It's funny that after the bombing Sunday the television news crews were able to get in and out of the area easily enough. They said there was no problem doing this. C'mon get serious...you know very well that Hezbollah WANTED those children to die so that people like you can moan about the evil Israelis. Chances are they prevented the children from leaving or murdered them themselves. Hezbollah is the evil one as is anyone who spreads it's propaganda.

First as many have said, if the Lebanese govt had controlled Hezbollah in the first place, this probably wouldn't be happening. Second, do you think that Hezbollah cares who their rockets kill. Third, it's pretty much unless to be a democracy when you are being controlled by Hezbollah. Fourth, I really could care less if they all killed each other over there anyway. They are going to do it eventually, so why not get it over with. I'm not pro-Israel or pro-Hezbollah. I just get sick and tired of both sides claiming to be the victims. It's a war people.

It's time to bring Hezbollah into perspective which you've conveniently omitted. Lebanese should be policing their ranks and telling Syria to stay out of their business... It is the former theocracies that are "posing" as democracies that are the real trouble in the Middle East... the sooner we are rid of them the better... The Arab world had better do a major "rethink" here. Actually I think all the real pressure on the smaller Islamic states, is coming directly from Saudi Arabia. Not even Iran has the power that Mohammed's homeland has... it makes me puke. I hate theocracies.

I too accept Lebanon has a right to live, but live with peace with neighbours.
How can they support Hezbollah and accuse Israel of attacking them.
Israel has taken every thing that should be taken during war, namely, informing in advance of the attack, and given time for the civilians to vacate the place. If the civilians don't vacate, it is the fault of the Lebanon Govt., not that of Israel.

dropping leaflets is a old propaganda trick. Today the White House pays fox news to spread it.
