He's a gorgeous bird. Not as common as a pet bird as other species. Whenever people see him, they always have to comment on how red he is, lol.

If your parakeet is all white with red eyes, then your parakeet is an ALBINO. If you had an all white Cockatiel then that would be a white face lutino.
