Mine used to take showers with people in the house. They do like water. Or just put some water in her cage, she'll take care of her toilet by herself.

I can help
take her into the bath tub once a week and bathe her in warm water, make bath time a fun and enjoyable experienec for your bird.
and on other days mist her with warm water from a plant mister every day until she is completely wet. This is good for your birds feathers and health, and also helps cut down on the dandruff they produce.
This is how I bathe my goffins cockatoo and my other birds

I used to set my bird on a towel on the middle of the sink and put the water on a low stream.... she would sit there for ever playing in the water and having fun.. thats how mine always took a bath... worked alot better than trying to "lick a bird clean"

Spritz her w/ a water bottle. They love it. Let her out of her cage and run a small amount of water in the sink. If you have a double sink, let the water drip on the divider, they love to walk back and forth under the drip and clean themselves. It is very entertaining!

My cockatoo cleans himself. but I do spray him with water from time to time. His previous owner used to take him in the shower with him .

Pluck, then season well in a white wine marinade and spices. Just kidding, the dishwasher on a mild setting should work fine, no, nevermind the pet store should have something if not ask the vet.

I put my little cockatiel in the shower with me. If your bird doesn't like that, try providing a bath, just fill the bath tub with a few inches of water. If he dosn't like that, just spray him with a squirt bottle. I'd advise against the pressure washing (unless its very gentle) and the licking.

I used to take my parakeet outside (in it's cage) and switch the garden hose nozzle to shower and point it toward the cage. The bird would walk under the water itself. They love it especially on a hot summer day!!!
