Is funny how the first thing that comes to mind is a penis.
Overall does size matter? bigger car, house, breast -e-sis, penis, woman, man, rump, why?

Size of what? A penis? Breasts? Or does this question not even have to do with sex? But as a woman, I would have to say a man's penis size does matter...but only that it's not too small to where I couldn't have any pleasure from it. But you should be more specific with your question.

Breast Size and Penis size don't matter. Why do people care about them so much. If you can see them or use them, you are fine. Big ****** boobs are disgusting. Small ones are not great either. I like Average. Penis must be 6 inches. No shorter or longer.

being a guy, i can't answer for a girl (refrain from stupid comments)
but in some cases, yes, size does matter.
the penis is in charge of hitting a g-spot. if its not large enough, said g-spot won't be touched, and therefore, could result in a not-so-happy sex-life :(
and i would imagine extra-small connies are hard to come by

It's how you use it, the majority of women aren't brought to orgasm through vaginal intercourse-it's usually through clitoral stimulation. I don't think a little size would be a disadvantage though. I'm sure that the women here will be of more help.
