She has roundworms. Very cheap wormer. She needs to go to the vet anyway for vaccines. They can get you wormer at that time.
Why did you get a puppy if you cannot afford to get it what it needs?????????
The puppy need a lot of vet visits in the first year. How will you afford it all????????????

that is called round worms. nearly all puppies are born with round worms, and they are not too hard, or expensive to get rid of. Your vet clinic or pet supply or livestock supply can provide the wormer. Your friend most likley did worm the pups, but round worms require 2 or 3 ttreatments, 2 weeks apart.
Or, ask your friend if he still has some of it left.

Eventhough the puppy has been dewormed, it can still get worms again, and a different kind than what whey are born with. Take the puppy to the Vet and seak medical attention.

Has she vomited before? Or, now she has no passion to eat.

If the condition is similar to, it might be worms inside whereby you had said there is a long spiral object.

You mind to take her for veterinarian? Veterinarian will check her (your dog) and give possible medication and best with reasonable price of medicines if necessary.

Anyway, so sorry to hear about your dog in bad situation. Wish you all the best and take care of your dog.

OF COURSE it has worms.ROUNDS!!

Go to VET & BUY strongid!!! NOT cheap otc/petstore crap, since that's what previous person OVIOUSLY used & IT DIDN'T WORK,did it?? You CAN get just the amount NEEDED(WEIGH pup!) for PENNIES!
Then, in 10-14 days,go BACK to VET & get panacur,(same way)since it probably has whips & hooks & god-knows-what else!!
