Good thing your getting this taken care of now. I was in the navy and so was my son's dad. He only paid $87.00 a week and then stop paying. He left his job and I don't know where he works now. I wish you the best of luck in you situation.

please don't take this offensively, but i think you should be more concerned with the morals and values that you are going to have to work hard to instill in your child for being a single mother.. You should not be concerened about how much money he is going to bring you. that truly is selfish..
It is already a tough job to be a parent, but it is harder to be a child without two parents around teaching them whats important in life.. I suggest you take any money you do get and find a family therapist to help you become a better mother so your child can grow up and respect you..

are u talking about child support? If that is it then...if they are anything like the Marine Corps, they will make him pay...u should go to his chain of command....they don't take lightly to not paying child support.
If u are talking about time with the father...that is up to him...unfourtunally a court can not force a man to be a good father...been there done that....

Other men have missed much, much more than three years from their kids lives. They're gone by choice, you may lose quite a bit here, I think you should reconsider. Or is it that you already found someone else here at home?
