Yogurt with granola on top!!!!! It is full of protein, which you need to start your day out right! I have it as often as I can..... You can add fresh fruit too! Try strawberries, blueberries, bananas, raspberries or pineapple!

What I do every other morning, is I put a banana in a blender, add a little bit of almond extract, 6 frozen strawberries, and some nonfat milk (enough to cover everything- about a cup and a half or two cups) and a tablespoon of flaxseed oil with lingens and mix it up in the blender. It comes out cold because the strawberries are frozen already. It's really, really good and really, really, healthy, and if you have a blender, really, really easy. Hope you like it!

You could always try some yogurt with a fruit filled smoothie in the morning. I just add some fruit juice, ice, and fruit and it's all done and yummy too!
Egg Whites are a good source of prtein and not bad with some sprinkled cheese on top. (put egg white in a bowl, beat lightly, and put it in the microwave for only 1 min.)
A piece of fruit is always good.
Granola bars. (or you could make your own granola with fruit and everything ahead of time and store it like you would anything else.)
2 pieces of toast with some jams or whole fruit preserves (on whole wheat bread.)
Whole wheat waffles can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use in the mornings.
Enjoy.

Carnation Instant Breakfast--you just dump the envelope of powder into a glass of milk, stir, and voila! I recommend the rich chocolate flavor.

i try to balance my carbs and protein to get the best start on the day. sugar-free yogurt (not necessarily fat-free) and a bowl of instant fruit-n-cream oatmeal is my favorite breakfast. sometimes i eat half a ham steak with this too. keeps me feeling satisfied a long time.

Glass of orange juice, cup of tea and porridge - 2 minutes in the microwave.
Simple, filling and very healthy.

Believe it or not, oatmeal can be quick--you can eat it uncooked with milk, sugar, raisins, etc. and it doesn't have that slimy texture.
